Houston Real Estate Photographer

HOUSTON REAL ESTATE PHOTOGRAPHER

WORK DIRECTLY WITH PATRICK

I’m Patrick Bertolino, a Houston real estate photographer working directly with agents, brokers, and property managers across the city. When you hire me, you work with ME from start to finish—no handoffs, no surprises.

I show up prepared, work efficiently, and keep the shoot moving with a professional, cheerful attitude.

The goal is simple: clean, professional images that help your listing stand out and get online quickly, built on accurate color, straight lines, and natural-looking light.

You can view examples of my work in the Houston Real Estate Photography Gallery.

REAL ESTATE PHOTOGRAPHY THAT WORKS

Real estate photography isn’t just about making a home look good—it’s about helping it perform. Strong images are what get buyers to stop scrolling, click into a listing, and schedule a showing.

I focus on clean composition, accurate color, and natural light so every space feels open, balanced, and true to what buyers will experience in person.

The goal is simple: create images that attract attention, hold it, and help turn interest into showings.

When everything is done right, the photos don’t distract—they let the property speak clearly and make it easy for buyers to see themselves in the space.

25+ YEARS BEHIND THE CAMERA

With more than 25 years behind the camera, I know how to walk into a property, assess it quickly, and get what we need without slowing things down.

That experience shows up in how the shoot runs—fewer adjustments, fewer surprises, and a process that stays efficient from start to finish.

I’m used to working through real-world variables like weather, access, timing, and last-minute changes, so the shoot stays on track and you don’t have to manage it.

The result is consistent, professional images delivered without unnecessary back-and-forth. You can review options and book through the Real Estate Order Form.

why it works

Clean composition, accurate geometry, and straight lines keep the space looking polished without distortion.

Interiors should feel bright and natural—not muddy, yellow, or over-processed. My editing stays controlled so the home looks its best while still feeling believable.

I handle every shoot myself, so the process stays consistent from start to finish.

Strong images come down to clean execution and attention to detail.

MAXIMIZING YOUR HOME’S VISUAL APPEAL

A well-prepared space makes a big difference in how your home presents online.

Curb appeal matters. Clean up landscaping, clear the driveway, and remove distractions near the entry.

Keep interiors simple. Declutter surfaces, hide personal items, and make sure all lights are working.

Open things up. Raise blinds, open curtains, and turn off ceiling fans.

Details count. Straighten furniture and remove small distractions for a clean, polished look.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What is the best time of day to photograph a home?

Every home is different. However, I usually recommend 11 AM – 2 PM, when the sun is overhead.

Do you still shoot on cloudy or rainy days?

Yes! Cloudy skies provide soft, natural lighting for interiors. In addition, if it’s raining, I can still shoot inside and return later for exteriors.

Do you work on weekends?

Not usually, but I try to accommodate requests when possible.

What’s included in a real estate photography shoot?

Each shoot includes a full set of images designed to cover the property clearly and completely—room-to-room flow, key features, and details needed for MLS and marketing.

How quickly can I get my listing ready to go live?

Most shoots are completed efficiently, and delivery is fast. The goal is to keep everything moving so your listing can go live as soon as possible.

Do you charge travel fees?

Not in the greater Houston area. However, if your listing is farther away, I may suggest additional services to make the trip worthwhile.

What if I need to cancel?

I understand that things come up—just let me know before I head out.

Do you have a Supra key?

No, but I can access properties using combo lockboxes.

How much does real estate photography cost?

Pricing starts at $175 and depends on the size of the property and the level of coverage needed. Larger homes, aerial photography, and video will affect the total. You can view full details on the Real Estate Order Form.

Is professional real estate photography worth it?

Yes. Most buyers see a property online first, and strong photography directly impacts how much interest a listing gets. Clean, well-composed images help listings stand out, attract more showings, and create a stronger first impression from the start.

How quickly will I receive my photos?

Turnaround is fast and consistent. You’ll receive a full set of clean, ready-to-use images shortly after the shoot so you can get your listing live without delay.

What makes your photography different?

I focus on clean composition, accurate color, and natural-looking light so the space feels true to what buyers will experience in person. Every shoot is handled personally—from capture to final delivery—so the quality stays consistent from one listing to the next. You can see examples in the Houston Real Estate Photography Gallery.

Do I need aerial photography?

Not every property needs it, but aerial photography is especially useful for larger homes, unique locations, and properties where surroundings and layout matter. It adds context that ground-level photos can’t show. Learn more on the Houston Aerial Photographer page.

What should I expect during the shoot?

The process is straightforward. I’ll walk the property, adjust as needed, and work efficiently to capture everything required. You don’t need to manage anything—I handle the details so the shoot runs smoothly.
