Commercial photography is different from residential real-estate photography—and it is priced differently.

The published real-estate rates on this website are designed primarily for residential properties being marketed for sale. Those shoots are standardized and priced largely according to the home’s square footage.

Commercial projects are quoted by scope and intended use, not residential square footage.

A commercial assignment might be a straightforward exterior and aerial shoot of one property, or it could involve multiple spaces, people at work, industrial processes, controlled lighting, several locations, interviews, drone photography, or video. The quote may consider the number and type of spaces, access and scheduling, travel, production requirements, final deliverables, and how the finished work will be used.

Depending on the assignment, your project may include pre-shoot planning, professional lighting, perspective correction, fully edited photographs, and high-resolution and web-ready files. Your estimate will clearly define the scope, deliverables, usage, and price before the shoot.
